Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note:

  • All items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Custom or special order items cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Fire Pit Sets (once assembled or used)
  • Hammocks (if removed from packaging)
  • Outdoor Furniture Covers (if opened)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging

Return Shipping Options

You may choose your preferred return shipping method:

  • Standard Return: Use any carrier of your choice (customer responsible for shipping costs)
  • Exchange Shipping: Customer pays for return shipping; we cover shipping costs for the replacement item

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: You’ll receive the full item price minus original shipping charges

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
