Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note:
- All items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Custom or special order items cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Fire Pit Sets (once assembled or used)
- Hammocks (if removed from packaging)
- Outdoor Furniture Covers (if opened)

Return Shipping Options
You may choose your preferred return shipping method:
- Standard Return: Use any carrier of your choice (customer responsible for shipping costs)
- Exchange Shipping: Customer pays for return shipping; we cover shipping costs for the replacement item
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive the full item price minus original shipping charges

Exchange Policy
